Villa Bayad is a spacious, luxurious 4 bedrooms villa, designed by Popo Danes, one of the most renowned architects in Southeast Asia. The villa is traditionally laid out as a compound, the 4 bedrooms being separate houses beside the main house, all connected by flower-covered pergolas. From every room there is a beautiful view across the surrounding rice terraces to Bali’s sacred volcano in the horizon.

The staff
In the villa a full time staff of 8, including maids, driver, cook and gardeners, is ready to make sure that your stay here will be unforgettable.

The garden
Surrounded by 8000 m2 garden, laid out as sloping terraces and bordered by a small river, you will constantly experience the amazing touch of un-disturbed nature.
Moving through jungle-like vegetation, you will arrive at the traditional gate and lobby, where the magnificent view of the garden and the rice fields awaits you.
In the garden there are numerous coconut palms and fruit trees, and the organically grown vegetable- and herb-gardens supply the villa’s household.

The main house
The spacious living and dining area opens to a large veranda, surrounded by flower covered, multi-level fishponds and flanked by two comfortable bales, where you can relax, listening to the sprinkling water and enjoying the beautiful view.
An open, fully equipped kitchen is ready for the staff to prepare your meals on your request – or feel free to use kitchen by yourself, if you prefer to cook your own meals.
Just couple steps upstairs in the main house you will find an air-conditioned media room with mini library and hi-quality audio- and video experience.

The bedrooms
The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms are all separate houses, two of which are sharing a private open kitchen- and dining-bale as well as a private springwater fed plunge-pool and a pooldeck. More, each house offers a furnished veranda and bathroom with complete sanitary, shower-cabin, and a small walled garden with outdoor shower.
All bedroom are equipped with Cable TV and DVD-player, and the beds are dressed with the best quality of cotton bed linen. The 4 houses are differently styled and named after four distinguished locations in Bali:
Tenganan • Klung Kung • Ubud • Singaraja

The main pool
The huge 18 by 5 meter pool is spring-water fed and flanked by a spacious hardwood pooldeck furnished with numerous sun beds and sunshades. Protruding into the pool is a traditional bale, where you can relax in the shade.

The teriyaki kitchen
Connecting to the pooldeck is the teriyaki kitchen with café-tables and -chairs. Here you can enjoy your drinks, snacks or poolside-meals from the genuine teriyaki grill.

The Lotus Bridge
Spanning a small canyon of rocks, lotus-ponds and waterfalls, the Lotus Bridge offers you a beautiful breezy spot for dining or relaxing – or to receive yoga lessons.

The gym and the bikes
If you want to keep fit during your stay, an air-conditioned, well equipped gym is at your free disposal, and a selection of mountain-bikes are free to use, if you like to explore the countryside.

From the moment you walk into this sweet beachside bungalow you will feel happy. Everything about this place – the colours, the flower arrangements, the artwork, the views ranging from Gunung Agung in the North to Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida in the East, to the vast Indian Ocean in the South – will ensure that an ear to ear smile will grace your face not only throughout the duration of your stay but also for many weeks after while you recall and relate your experiences.

The service is world class and to give our Chefs a five-star rating would be an insult. Balinese food is the most delectable cuisine you will ever experience. But if you get that craving for a Cheese Burger in Paradise, or any other European dish, you’d better enroll in some cooking classes so you don’t get disappointed when you get home.

If water sports get your heart racing, why not try wake-boarding, parasailing, fishing, snorkeling or surfing word-class waves right out front. Or if you’re here to relax just jump on a banana boat or flying fish and hang on for the ride.

Luxury, fun and relaxation
Take a look out the front, to the left, to the right, plan your next adventure, pick your next activity or just kick your feet up, order another fruit juice and watch your worries disappear with the dropping tide.

Awan Biru is certainly the most luxurious villa of the area due to its environment, size, architecture, quality of service and interior design. The traditional architectural style is matching with the most modern equipment to give to the guests a unique experience of Bali.

Situated in the north of Ubud at the edge of the volcano slope, this 5 bedrooms villa is located on 1.15 ha land slopping from the top of the hill until a dramatic river valley. Terrace rice fields, temples, river and even the famous mount Agung are surrounding this place blessed by the gods and the nature.

The different buildings composing this 1200 m2 5 bedrooms villa are situated on the top of the hill overlooking the surrounding, a 132 m2 amazing swimming pool and the valley.

Nestled amidst lush, verdant plantation, surrounded by panoramic views of rice fields and secluded by coconut trees, the Villa KANTI experience immerses you in a soothing world of relaxation and tranquility that will revive and refresh your spirit as you enjoy the mystique of this spiritual land. Far from the bustle of daily Balinese life, Villa K?NTI is situated on the edge of a quiet and small traditional Balinese village, located 10 minutes drive south from the center of Ubud.

From that first moment of entering the Villa K?NTI and for the entire duration of your stay, you will be welcomed by the sound of water rippling down the cascades to the bottom of the plantation. Savor this view overlooking the garden from the highest point of the property – it is both magical and unforgettable.

Stroll through the gardens paved with special stepping stones, where water greets you everywhere – tropical ponds with delicate lotus and water lilies, reflecting ponds mirroring coconut and frangipani trees, and still water ponds nurturing goldfish and dragon fish and creating a natural environment for the local flora and fauna. Tropical flowers, shrubs and trees are swept in by the refreshing breeze where you will find a virtual celebration of nature and life. K?NTI is the ‘Sanskrit’ word for “light” and the residence is bathed in natural light while protecting the privacy of our residents.

Built in perfect harmony with traditional Balinese architecture and integrating the most contemporary concept of outdoor living, Villa K?NTI offers to fulfill the most discerning traveler’s dreams of luxury existence in a tropical country.

Villa K?NTI provides a well-balanced blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. With [six –five?] pavilions established on 3200 sq meters of land, it comfortably accommodates up to ten guests who would still be able to lose sight of each other within the boundaries of privacy that the pavilions offer. The focal point of the property is the open-air living and dining pavilion, which drops down onto the 20 x 4 meters lap swimming pool filled with salt-treated water. This infinity pool is complemented by a ‘Hammam’ (steam room) and Jacuzzi just beside it. At the lowest reaches of this abode, overlooking more rice fields, a meditation Bale located over a quietly gurgling stream that marks the edge of the property will wait for you for a few moments of seclusion, meditation, relaxation or for a massage session.

For those moments where you might like to remind yourself of ‘civilization’, there is a fully air-conditioned Media & Entertainment room with a spectacularly large screen – 67 inch satellite TV, home theater with an extensive DVD collection of international movies and music. On the mezzanine level above the open-air living and dining pavilion, a desk provides a PC with internet connection and a printer for your convenience.

All corners of the villa are decorated with a plethora of antiques, crafts and artifacts from the Indonesian islands – Java, Borneo, Sulawesi, Lombok, Sumba, the Moluccas, Irian Jaya and Bali itself. These decorative and contemplative pieces, which have been collected over the years by the villa’s owners, who themselves live in the property when it is unoccupied, further enrich the discreetly cultural yet meditative atmosphere of the house.

During your stay, you will be serviced by ten staff who will offer you the highest level of personal service while providing absolute discretion and privacy. They will be at your service to ensure your stay is one of total relaxation and comfort.

ACCOMMODATION Villa K?NTI – The Pavilions

Villa K?NTI sleeps a total of 10 guests in 5 spacious suites located in three of the pavilions. The main pavilion, the Living and Dining Pavilion is connected to the kitchen on the side of the property by a soaring “alang alang” (thatched) roof and carefully landscaped terrazzo and walkways from special stepping stones (pebble washed) to the three suite pavilions – the Master Pavilion, the Temple Pavilion and the Ricefield Pavilion. Each pavilion offers panoramic views to the verdant rice fields beyond.

The Master Pavilion

This is a two-storey pavilion located at the top-end of the property and contains a bedroom suite on each floor, identical in size.

The spacious ground floor bedroom has a creamy terrazzo floor and is decorated with Antique Chinese pottery from Sumatra Island and artifacts from Bali. The king-sized bed is canopied with a white mosquito net; a long writing table and a comfortable [reclining] sofa face a private garden; and heavy purple curtains with blackout lining provide complete darkness. The remote controlled air-conditioning can be individually adjusted to suit your own requirements.

The outdoor ensuite bathroom, with a soaking bathtub built from green stone, huge rain-head shower and tropical plant-filled garden allows you complete privacy in the open area. An antique Balinese door provides access from the bathroom to the private garden.

The upper floor bedroom was specially designed to enjoy the surrounding natural environment in its entirety. Sliding louvered glass window cover three of the bedroom’s walls, allowing a clean refreshing breeze to circulate through the room as well as providing breathtaking panoramic views of the garden, the terraces and the rice paddies, all of which can be enjoyed even from the bed itself . The furniture is in old teak wood with beautiful traditional carved panels from Madura Island used as a spacious wardrobe; the queen-size bed is surrounded by a white organza mosquito net’ the white bed linens and curtains add to the romantic and colonial flavor of the room. By design, this suite has a ceiling fan instead of air-conditioning, thereby allowing our guests to enjoy the pristine yet aromatic air. The bathroom has a ‘built-in’ soaking terrazzo bath tub, huge rain-head shower with pebbled flooring and overlooks the terraced rice field.

The Temple Pavilion
Comprised of two different bedroom types (queen bed at ground floor and twin bed upper floor) is very ideal for a family of four. The ground floor bedroom is decorated with artifact from Toraja (in Sulawesi island) and is individually controlled air-conditioned, tranquil and peaceful view to the Villa temple, rice field on the other side and shooting feeling from the sound of the small river. With a spacious ensuite bathroom, soaking bath tub in dark terrazzo, huge rain-head shower and private garden with orchids plants.

The upper bedroom with twin bed has a spacious terrace where a beautiful nature would attract your eyes. The bedroom is decorated with Oriental artifacts and material. The window above the head bed where wooden shelves for some artifacts are placed is covered with a clear glass where you can see the rice field behind the villa with lots of coconut trees at both side.

The Ricefield Pavilion
A one bedroom pavilion with king size bed, decorated with mix artifacts from the islands of Indonesia and in shades of white color for the room linen. The tropical plants that surround this pavilion give a total privacy. The open bathroom is particularly large with huge rain-head shower located under the tree. The stunning wall carving depicting the procession of a temple ceremony is in front of black terrazzo of vanity counter and soaking bath tub also in dark terrazzo with white ‘palimanan’ stone topping.

This pavilion includes dining area, living area which has open view to the terraced rice fields and also open to the swimming pool, fish pond with water cascades above the pond and to the kitchen where it is fully equipped for your dining experience offering both European and Balinese cuisine.

Bukit Naga is a dream home – a luxurious, contemporary dwelling that marries majestically Balinese form and function. Nestled amid two acres of brightly colored local flora, shady palms and frangipani trees, the complex features five buildings tailored to provide exceptional accommodations.

Villa Bukit Naga is situated on the outskirts of Banjar Selat – a quiet, traditional Balinese village approximately twenty minutes east of Ubud, the cultural and artistic capital of Bali. The estate overlooks a lush tropical valley in which the Sang Sang and Ayuverda rivers converge. It has views to the west of the slopes of three of Bali’s majestic volcanoes, and away to the East one can catch glimpses of the holy Mount Agung.

Bukit Naga is a perfect base from which to explore the many facets of this fabulous island. Expert guidance is always at hand to offer advice on all aspects of your holiday, from shopping and sightseeing to spiritualism and serenity.

Ubud boasts many fine restaurants (amongst these ‘Mozaic’ must rate as one of the finest eating establishments in the southern hemisphere) and also offers fantastic shopping, where jewellery, ceramics, paintings, traditional fabrics, and antique and reproduction Indonesian artifacts can be purchased at very reasonable prices.

To the East, the resort of Candi Dasa is a forty five-minute drive. An hour to the west lie the more popular sands of Legian or Canggu Beach and some very fine beachfront restaurants. For those wishing to explore further inland, the villa is ideally placed for trips to Kintamani and Lake Batur. Additionally the Bali Bird and Reptile Park is a thirty-minute drive away. White water rafting and an Elephant safari are also within easy reach of the villa.

Villa Bukit Naga sleeps a total of twelve guests in six spacious suites. There is a one-bedroom guest villa, a huge two-bedroom guesthouse, and the three-bedroom main house. All suites are fully air-conditioned and feature private dressing rooms and large marble bathrooms. Imposing hand-made two-meter square Balinese beds, luxurious cotton sheets, and fine denier mosquito nets ensure an excellent nights sleep. All bedrooms and bathrooms have telephone lines for IDD calls and in house calls.

The Main House
The two ground floor bedrooms are identical in size, and both feature indoor as well as outdoor showers set in an ornamental garden. There seems to be endless hanging space in the well-appointed dressing rooms, while individually controlled air conditioning units and powerful ceiling fans keep the rooms pleasantly cool. A double staircase leads up to the master suite, occupying the whole of the first floor of the house. Exquisite touches in the master suite’s interior design make it a very special place to stay. The bathroom and dressing room are very spacious, with a comfortable office and book library adjacent. There is direct access from the suite to a large open-air cocktail lounge and bar area with ample seating on Balinese sofas. Whether it be for sun-downers, snoozing, or a peaceful breakfast, this comfortable area affords spectacular views over the valley below.

One Bedroom Villa
This delightful suite is set a few meters from the Main House and sleeps two people in privacy and comfort. A large balcony looks over the lush jungle of the river valley below where guests often take breakfast, afternoon tea, or just a nap on the comfortable day bed. The dressing room and bathroom are tiled in green Javanese marble and lead out to a wonderful secluded garden with a ‘jungle Jacuzzi’. High walls surround the villa, making this suite the ultimate retreat for those seeking privacy and peace.

Two Bedroom Villa
Ideal for a family of four or two couples sharing, this two-story private house is the ultimate in self-contained luxury. The ground floor features the huge master suite, a marble floored living room, private bar and gymnasium. A hardwood spiral staircase leads up to the second bedroom, with a large balcony offering stunning views over the river valley and to the mountains beyond. This villa also features a private terrace and infinity plunge pool set in beautiful gardens.

Other Features
A fully equipped kitchen and resident chef ensure that our guests’ tastes and dietary requirements can be catered for. Menus feature Balinese and Western cuisine and meals can be served inside or outside the main house, or in the privacy of your villa.
Bukit Naga boasts an extensive DVD and music library with over three hundred and fifty films and more than five hundred music CDs. Located in the Main House, the den has comfortable sofas, as well as the latest television, digital video and audio equipment. The emphasis of this property is tranquility and relaxation. The villa employs an experienced full-time manager and a staff of ten (including a resident chef, a waitress, housekeepers, a driver, gardeners and a security guard).

Staff
Villa Bukit Naga is fully serviced by: A house manager, 1 cook, 3 maids, 1 security guard, 3 gardeners and pool attendants
